Frequently Asked Questions

How to Set the Time?

  • Press and hold the "TIME SET" button until the display flashes.
  • Use the + / - buttons to set the TIME (press and hold for rapid adjustment). AM / PM indicators appear to the left of the screen. Press and release the "TIME SET" button to confirm the time.
  • Use the + / - buttons to adjust the YEAR. Press and release the "TIME SET" button to confirm the year.
  • Use the + / - buttons to adjust the MONTH. Press and release the "TIME SET" button to confirm the month.
  • Use the + / - buttons to adjust the DAY. Press and release the "TIME SET" button to confirm the day. The settings will auto-confirm after 10 seconds if no buttons are pressed.

How to Set the Alarm?

ALARM 1 & 2 are set in the same manner.

  • Press and Hold the "Alarm 1" button until the display flashes.
  • Use the + / - buttons to adjust the time to AM or PM. Press and Release the "Alarm 1" button to confirm the time.
  • Use + / - to select Weekdays (MO,TU,WE,TH,FR), Weekend (SU,SA) or Every Day (SU,MO,TU,WE,TH,FR,SA). Press and Release the "Alarm 1" button to confirm the frequency. The settings will auto-confirm after 10 seconds if no buttons are pressed.

How to Turn the Alarm ON / OFF?

  • Press and Release the "Alarm 1" or "Alarm 2" button to turn the alarm "ON" or "OFF."
  • The Alarm indicator appears at the bottom of the display to confirm when the alarm is "ON."

How to Stop the Alarm when Sounding?

  • Press and Release the "Alarm 1" or "Alarm 2" button to stop the alarm. It will automatically reset itself for the next day.

How to Snooze the Alarm when Sounding?

  • Press and Release the "Snooze / Dimmer" bar to snooze for 9 minutes. You can snooze up to 6 times within a 1 hour period.
  • The Alarm icon blinks on the display when the snooze is activated.

How to adjust the Display Dimmer?

Press and Release the "Snooze / Dimmer" Button during normal operation (when alarm is not sounding) to cycle display brightness settings, including OFF.

What is the purpose of the batteries?

The batteries will maintain the time and alarm settings and even turn on the alarm during a temporary power interruption. The battery backup system requires two “AAA” batteries, not included. We recommend you use a well-known brand of alkaline batteries for longest life and best performance.
